Incorporation as philbor solutions GmbH
At the beginning of 2025, plans for the long-considered transition to a GmbH began to take shape. The close partnership with sway Sports & Health GmbH led to the idea of using this step as an opportunity to establish a joint venture.
philbor solutions GmbH was founded in June 2025. Philip Borstnar took on the role of Managing Director, while Christopher Bräuer, Head of IT, and Felix Spandl, Head of Multimedia, were appointed as authorized signatories.
All existing activities of the sole proprietorship operating under the same name were fully transferred to the newly established GmbH.
